Today, June 1, is World Milk Day and the start of our favorite month, National June Dairy Month! 

We are celebrating all month long with amazing dairy inspired recipes, contests and giveaways, and interactive videos featuring some of our very own Florida dairy farmers.

Every Thursday during June Dairy Month, our friend and Orlando foodie extraordinaire, Heather McPherson will explore how the versatility of dairy products fit into busy healthful, lifestyles with recipes that won’t bust the budget. These recipes can be found here and include Herbed Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Roulade with Avocado Crema. YUM!

Vet Talk with a Dairy Farmer Video Series:

Every Tuesday during June Dairy Month, we will debut a new video in our Vet Talk Video Series which features real Florida dairy farmers who are also on farm veterinarian's who will talk about cow care, antibiotics, a cows diet and calves on a dairy farm. Be sure to look for our first Vet Talk Video on Tuesday, June 6th featuring Florida dairy farmer Adam Jackanicz who will talk about animal care on a dairy farm.
