Ingredients
- 8 oz. of non-fat/low fat Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana, smashed
- 1-2 T of liquid egg whites substitute, pasteurized
- ½ scoop of vanilla whey protein
- 1/3 C of Cranberry Cashew Granola
Preparation
- Mix first four ingredients together. Layer yogurt mixture with granola. Serve cold.
