Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves, torn
- 1 cup milk (fat free, 2% or whole)
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
- 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
Preparation
1. In blender container combine spinach, milk, mango, and flax seeds. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 18- to 20-ounce glass. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 cups; 1 serving; (1 serving = 2 cups)
