Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 raw red beet
  • Toppings: protein cereal, berries, cashews, and peanut butter.

Preparation
