Florida Dairy Farmers will be a part of three different events at the festival: Salty, Sweet & Savory Treats: A Late-Night Party presented by Thrillist, Decadent Dessert Party presented by Grey Goose, and Southern Kitchen Brunch hosted by Trisha Yearwood. The festival attracts 65,000 guests each year benefiting FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center. Friday, February 24^th- Salty, Sweet & Savory Treats: A Late-Night Party presented by Thrillist, featuring Bar Lab, The Salty Donut & Sarsaparilla Club 10PM-12AM

This late-night event will highlight walk-around tastings of South Florida’s most sought-after indulgences. The Milk Bar presented by Florida Dairy Farmers will exhibit various flavors of milk, including Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter Mexican Chocolate, and more! In addition to the Milk Bar, there will be a cheese platter paired with nuts, fruits, and jams.

The Decadent Dessert party hosted by TV personality Duff Goldman, offers an assortment of decadent desserts created by the nation’s top pastry chefs.  Amongst these decadent desserts, Florida Dairy Farmers has compiled a selection of Decadent Milkshakes to taste.
