Turkey, Mozzarella & Veggie Wrap with Spicy Yogurt Spread

Wrap Ingredients:

  • 2 whole-grain flatbreads or tortillas
  • 6 slices turkey (optional)
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 carrot, sliced diagonally
  • ½ tomato, sliced thinly
  • 3 onion slices, thin
  • Alfalfa sprouts

Yogurt Spread Ingredients:

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (found in Asian section of supermarkets – hot sauce may be substituted)
  • ¼ teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder


Place the yogurt on a 12”x12″ square of double-layer cheesecloth. Tie the cheesecloth to make a small sack and secure with string. Suspend the sack over a glass to drain, using a utensil to hang. Allow to drain for at least two hours or overnight (place in refrigerator while draining).


Once drained, stir in seasonings, and use in place of mustard or mayonnaise as a condiment. Store remaining in a covered container in the refrigerator. Apply spicy yogurt spread to flatbread or tortilla. Arrange ingredients listed in order, starting with the turkey. Roll up and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
