The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival is an event that can’t be missed. Florida Dairy Farmers will join the world’s most celebrated chefs at the event bringing fresh Florida milk and dairy products to the table, and we are giving one lucky milk fan the opportunity to be there. The event will take place from February 21nd through the 25th in Miami Beach, Florida. The festival attracts 65,000 guests each year benefiting FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.

Saturday, February 24th- Barry's Bootcamp and Bites, hosted by Robert Irvine - 8:30AM-10:30AM

An Ultimate morning boot camp is perfect to kick off this Saturday. Robert Irvine will guide you through a great workout followed by deliciously healthy foods. Florida Dairy Farmers will offer the perfect post-workout recovery drink, chocolate milk!  For an extra protein boost enjoy a delicious peanut butter, banana and chocolate Cabot whey protein smoothie and fresh cottage cheese with blueberries.

Saturday, February 24th- Sweet-Moves: Late-Night Desserts & Dancing, hosted by Bobby & Sophie Flay - 10:30PM-12AM

What’s better than eating dessert all night? Dancing AND eating dessert all night! As if the night couldn’t get any sweeter, father and daughter Bobby and Sophie Flay will host the late-night dessert party in Miami Beach. The Milk & Cookies Bar presented by Florida Dairy Farmers will offer Borden’s white and chocolate milk accompanied by world famous Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies. And if you like a little salty with all those sweets you will also enjoy an array of BelGioiso, Cabot and Sartori artisanal cheeses and more.

Sunday, February 25th- Southern Kitchen Brunch hosted by Trisha Yearwood  - 11:30AM-1:30PM

Trisha Yearwood of Trisha’s Southern Kitchen, Grammy award winning and Sony Music Nashville recording artist, joins the Southern Kitchen Brunch yet again to share her favorite recipes alongside some of the best Southern-style chefs.  This elegant buffet-style brunch will be set by the perfect tune of her 12th album, PrizeFighter. Florida Dairy Farmers will feature a southern classic with a twist, Smoked Paprika Pimento Cheese Crostini and to close the brunch, an assortment of southern ice cream-flavors from The Ice Cream Club.

Sunday, February 25th- Family Ice Cream Social, hosted by Duff Goldman - 3PM-5PM

This family-friendly event will have your family members of all ages enjoying treats from more than a dozen South Florida spots. Duff Goldman will be hosting this event while every single one of your family member is having some fun in the sun! SunnyBell (Florida Dairy Farmer’s mascot) will be making an appearance and treating kids and “kids at heart” with an array of delicious The Ice Cream Club flavors.
