Dairy in Schools

Purpose

To create a freestanding iced coffee bar for high school students, explore this opportunity to serve 8 oz. of milk with 2 oz. of coffee and added flavorings that fit into your school wellness policy.

Benefits

• Gain revenue by offering coffee flavor combinations that students may otherwise select offsite.
• Opportunity to increase the amount of students who choose school meals to pair with a coffee beverage.
• Allows students that might not normally select milk with their school meals to consume milk.

ITEMS NEEDED: 36” CART WITH SIGNAGE SET, COLD BREW BREWER/DISPENSER, MOBILE ICE CADDY AND A MARKETING KIT (ALSO AVAILABLE SEPARATELY) WHICH INCLUDES (1) RETRACTABLE FLOOR BANNER, (2) 18X23 POSTERS, (2) TABLETOP SIGNS WITH ACRYLIC HOLDERS AND GRAPHIC WRAP FOR COLD BREW MACHINE BASE.

*The Dairy Council of Florida will order and purchase all items if district is approved for funding, no funds will be exchanged.
