Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Cabot Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 10 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until fully combined and you have a puree-like consistency. 

Notes: Great with fried foods like cheese curds, meats or salads.
