Garlic Aioli Sauce
Recipe written and created by Chef Chris Valdes.
- 1 cup plain Cabot Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until fully combined and you have a puree-like consistency.
Notes: Great with fried foods like cheese curds, meats or salads.
