Say hello to your new favorite breakfast! These Blueberry Kefir Overnight Oats are packed with gut-healthy probiotics, sweet honey, and antioxidant-rich blueberries. Blended to perfection and layered with oats and chia, this make-ahead breakfast is as delicious as it is nourishing. Prep it in minutes, sleep soundly, and wake up to a refreshing and energizing jar of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Topping, optional: yogurt & blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add kefir, milk, honey and blueberries.
  2. Blend. Set aside.
  3. Prepare 2 jars with half the oats and half the chia seeds in each. Divide the blueberry mixture evenly between the 2 jars.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Place the lid on each jar. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, top and enjoy.
