Ingredients
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 cup milk
- 2-4 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Topping, optional: yogurt & blueberries
Preparation
- In a blender, add kefir, milk, honey and blueberries.
- Blend. Set aside.
- Prepare 2 jars with half the oats and half the chia seeds in each. Divide the blueberry mixture evenly between the 2 jars.
- Stir to combine.
- Place the lid on each jar. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, top and enjoy.
