Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups of cooked quinoa
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 20 fresh raspberries
- 2 tsp honey
Preparation
- Rinse the quinoa. Cook quinoa with 3 cups water on medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Let it rest for 5 minutes for fluffier quinoa.
- Add the cooked quinoa, chia seeds, fresh raspberries, milk, and honey to a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Place the mixture in a cup and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Optional: Garnish with raspberries on top.
