Golden halloumi cheese fries cooked in the air fryer and finished with honey, fresh mint, and pistachios for a sweet-and-savory appetizer inspired by Middle Eastern flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages halloumi cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp pistachios, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut halloumi into fry-sized sticks and lightly toss with olive oil.
- Arrange halloumi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
- Transfer to a serving platter.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh mint, pistachios, lemon zest,and black pepper.
- Serve immediately while warm.
