Ingredients
- 2 cups cold milk (for each pudding flavor)
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
- 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
- 1 box cookies & cream instant pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
- 1 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1 cup crushed chocolate crème-filled cookies
- 1 cup crushed chocolate peppermint cookies
- Whipped cream (real fresh dairy recommended)
- Extra crushed cookies for topping
- Clear parfait cups or small glasses
Preparation
- In three separate bowls, combine each pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk and whisk until smooth and creamy. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Crush the chocolate chip cookies, chocolate crème-filled cookies, and chocolate peppermint cookies separately and set aside.
- In clear cups, build the parfaits by layering pudding and crushed cookies, repeating until the cups are full.
- Top with whipped cream and finish with extra crushed cookies.
- Serve chilled and enjoy with family perfect for Christmas Eve next to a glass of milk for Santa.
