Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1tbs salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Parsley
  • Chicken broth
  • Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Florida Milk
  • Carrots
  • Peas

Preparation

  1. Heat butter, cup of milk and two tablespoons of flour.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add remaining flour to mixture.
  4. Transfer to crock pot and add 3 cups of chicken broth. Stir slowly.
  5. Add chicken, peas and carrots
  6. Allow to simmer on low for 2 hours.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  8. Top with parsley
