Cream of Chicken Soup

- 1/4 cup flour
- 1tbs salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- Chicken broth
- Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Florida Milk
- Heat butter, cup of milk and two tablespoons of flour.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add remaining flour to mixture.
- Transfer to crock pot and add 3 cups of chicken broth. Stir slowly.
- Add chicken, peas and carrots
- Allow to simmer on low for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper
- Top with parsley
