Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- ¼ C milk
- 1 C peppers/onions/celery
- 1 C mushrooms
- 3 slices whole wheat toast
- ½ C shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Cut up vegetables. Whisk eggs and milk. Cook on stovetop on medium heat. Add veggies and cheese.
- Serve with lightly buttered toast, fruit and 1% chocolate milk.
