Moroccan-Inspired Creamy Mint Yogurt Dip

Cool and creamy yogurt dip blended with fresh mint, herbs, cucumber, and warm spices, served with mini naan and fresh vegetables for easy game day snacking.

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt – whole milk
- 3 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic clove, grated
- 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, plus more for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving:
- Mini naan bread
- Cucumber slices
- Baby carrots
- Radishes
- Cherry tomatoes
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mint, parsley, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Garnish with additional herbs and smoked paprika if desired.
- Serve with warm mini naan bread and fresh vegetables for dipping.
