Ingredients
- Assorted cheeses (such as mozzarella balls, cheddar, brie, or gouda)
- Assorted cured meats (such as salami, prosciutto, or pepperoni)
- Breadsticks or crackers
- Olives and pickles
- Fresh fruits and veggies
- Optional: spreads or dips (such as mustard, hummus, or fig jam)
Preparation
- Start by preparing your ingredients. Slice the cured meats and cheeses into bite-sized pieces. Wash and dry any fruits or vegetables.
- Choose serving cups or serving sticks that are suitable for individual portions. These can be plastic cups, glass jars, or any food-safe vessel that you prefer.
- Begin layering the ingredients on the sticks and place them into the serving cups. Charcuterie cups can be prepared ahead of time and assembled just before serving.
- Enjoy with family and friends!
