This homemade banana milk is a creamy, naturally sweet beverage that blends ripe bananas with milk, honey, and vanilla for a comforting twist on traditional milk. Ingredients
- 3 Cups Whole Milk
- 2 Large Ripened Bananas, Peeled
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 TSP Honey
- Sea Salt, Pinch
Preparation
- Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and mix until fully combined.
- Store in refrigerator for at least an hour before enjoying.
NOTES:
Best served chilled. Enjoy as is or in breakfast cereal.
