Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 bag chamomile tea
- 1 cup real dairy milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Preparation
- Add water to a small saucepan, and heat until it comes to a simmer. Turn off heat as soon as water starts boiling. Add tea bag and let it rest for a few minutes. Remove the bag.
- Add honey and mix. Pour in milk and whisk vigorously again. Heat until the milk is steaming and just about to start simmering. Pour into a mug, and enjoy!
