Ingredients
- 4 cups chocolate peanut butter ice cream*
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz – 6 oz Ole Smoky Peanut Butter Whiskey
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate
- Peanut butter crumbs/Chocolate Sprinkles
Preparation
- Combine ice cream, milk and whiskey in a blender.
- Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture comes together. If the mix is too thin add more ice cream.
- Serve on a chilled glass with chocolate syrup inside the rim and topped with whipped cream and peanut butter crumbs or chocolate sprinkles.
Notes – If you are unable to find chocolate peanut butter ice cream substitute for equal amount of chocolate ice cream and add two tablespoons of peanut butter to your blender. You can always make it without alcohol and increase the amount of milk.
