Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1 thumb of ginger, peeled & chopped
  • Honey or maple syrup for optional sweetening 

Preparation

  1. Pour the milk, frozen bananas, frozen mango, spinach, and chopped ginger in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup or ginger level to your liking.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing Green Ginger Smoothie!

Notes: Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
