Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1 thumb of ginger, peeled & chopped
- Honey or maple syrup for optional sweetening
Preparation
- Pour the milk, frozen bananas, frozen mango, spinach, and chopped ginger in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup or ginger level to your liking.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing Green Ginger Smoothie!
Notes: Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
