Ingredients
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein OR
- 1 cup of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of green grapes
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp of flaxseeds or
- 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
- ½ cup of milk
- ¾ cup of Ice
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and combine together.
