Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk (can use more)
- 1/2 cup instant espresso (can use more)
- 2 cups ice (can use more)
- 5-8 Oreos
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- Whipped Cream
Preparation
- First, you’re going to blend about 5-8 Oreos to make the cookie crumble.
- Then, you’re going to blend in about 1/2-1 cup of your favorite instant espresso, 1/2-1 cup of milk (depending on how light you like it), as much cookie crumble as you’d like (save a little to use later on), 2 cups of ice (can use more depending on the consistency you want), 1/4 chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup.
- While this is blending, in a separate cup drizzle some of the chocolate syrup around the edges and put some whipped cream at the bottom.
- Pour in the liquid into the cup, top with more whipped cream and the remaining cookie crumble and enjoy!
