Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (can use more)
  • 1/2 cup instant espresso (can use more)
  • 2 cups ice (can use more)
  • 5-8 Oreos
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • Whipped Cream

Preparation

  1. First, you’re going to blend about 5-8 Oreos to make the cookie crumble.
  2. Then, you’re going to blend in about 1/2-1 cup of your favorite instant espresso, 1/2-1 cup of milk (depending on how light you like it), as much cookie crumble as you’d like (save a little to use later on), 2 cups of ice (can use more depending on the consistency you want), 1/4 chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup.
  3. While this is blending, in a separate cup drizzle some of the chocolate syrup around the edges and put some whipped cream at the bottom.
  4. Pour in the liquid into the cup, top with more whipped cream and the remaining cookie crumble and enjoy!
