Ingredients

  • 1 cup papaya cubed, skin and seeds removed
  • 1 kiwi skin removed
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Florida milk I used 2%
  • dash of ginger if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into your favorite blending device and blend until smooth.

Notes

Add ice before blending for a thicker smoothie.
