Ingredients
- 1 cup papaya cubed, skin and seeds removed
- 1 kiwi skin removed
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup Florida milk I used 2%
- dash of ginger if desired
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into your favorite blending device and blend until smooth.
Notes
Add ice before blending for a thicker smoothie.
