Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pure pumpkin
- ½ banana
- ½ avocado seed and skin removed
- 1 apple - I used honey crisp don't include the core
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup whole, 2%, or nonfat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Place all ingredients listed into your favorite blending device
- Blend until smooth
