Warm, cheesy Brazilian bites served with delicious dipping sauces for the ultimate game day snack.

Recipe inspired by Brazilian pão de queijo traditions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk 
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 2 cups tapioca flour 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or baking sheet.  
  2. In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Heat until warm but not boiling.  
  3. Place tapioca flour in a large bowl and carefully pour in the warm milk mixture. Stir until combined.  
  4. Let cool slightly, then mix in eggs, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until a soft dough forms.  
  5. Scoop small portions onto the prepared pan.  
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.  
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
