Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, finely diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 granola
  • Mint for garnishing

Preparation

  1. In a quart sized jar or storage bowl, stir together the chia seeds, and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir once again. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. To serve, assemble the chia pudding, sliced strawberries, and granola in layers; in jars or in a bowl. Garnish with granola and mint.

Note: You can make this recipe with lactose free milk if you are lactose intolerant
