Guava and Cream Cheese Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup cold Florida milk
- 1⁄2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3–4 tbsp guava paste, diced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Maria cookies, crushed (for topping)
Preparation
- Whisk together all ingredients
- Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours
- When ready to serve, add crushed Maria cookies and extra guava paste cubes on top
Notes: For parfait cups: follow the same directions, but layer 1-2 tbsps of the overnight oat mixture in small cups, followed by crushed Maria cookies, and cubed guava paste
