Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion
  • 1 Cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped ham
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Lightly spray a muffin tray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, ham, and onion. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Add egg mixture halfway to fill up each tin. Make sure they are all filled up evenly.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until egg is fully cooked, fluffy, and firm.
  5. Top with cheese and/or desired toppings.
