Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion
- 1 Cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped ham
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Lightly spray a muffin tray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, ham, and onion. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add egg mixture halfway to fill up each tin. Make sure they are all filled up evenly.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until egg is fully cooked, fluffy, and firm.
- Top with cheese and/or desired toppings.
