Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice (4oz)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 banana (about 3oz)
- 1/2 cup blueberry (or 3oz)
- 1/4 almond extract
- dash cinnamon
- 1 egg
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Start by mashing your bananas.
- Then combine the egg, rice, almond extract, milk, blueberries and cinnamon. Stir until it is all fully combined.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until firm
