Loaded with probiotics from kefir, fresh fruits, crunchy granola, and chia seeds, it’s the perfect balance of texture and flavor. Whether you need a midday refresher or a fun alternative to sugary ice cream bars, this recipe delivers a cool and nourishing snack that’s easy to customize and ready in a snap!

Ingredients
- 3 cups of Kefir (your flavor of choice)
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Honey
Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the Kefir of your choice onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Add-on chopped strawberries and blueberries to the Kefir.
- Evenly pour the granola and chia seeds over the Kefir.
- Drizzle the honey over the Kefir.
- Place in the freezer for about 3 hours or until frozen.
- Once frozen, remove, cut, and enjoy!
NOTES:
- Add-ons are based on personal preference. The ones listed above are just what I used. Feel free to get creative!
- This recipe tends to melt quickly! Enjoy right out of the freezer.
