Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • Granola
  • Chia Seeds
  • Honey (optional) 
  • 1 Strawberry

Preparation

  1. Add 1 cup of frozen mango, 1 cup of frozen banana, 1 cup of frozen pineapple, 1/3 cup of coconut flakes, and 1/2 cup milk (can use less depending on how thick you want it) into one blender.
  2. Let everything combine and then add 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina into the mixture.
  3. Serve your smoothie in a coconut bowl or bowl of choice and garnish with granola, chia seeds, and a strawberry. You can also add honey on top of the toppings if you'd like.
  4. Enjoy!
