Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oatmeal
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Preparation
- Combine oatmeal, chia seeds, and spices into a bowl and stir to combine.
- Add pumpkin puree and maple syrup to dry ingredients; mix well.
- Add milk to wet and dry ingredient mixture and stir until combined.
- Divide the mixture into two airtight containers.
- Place into the fridge overnight.
- Remove in the morning and enjoy!
Notes:
- Serve with Greek yogurt, cinnamon, chopped nuts, honey, or whatever else you’re craving!
- Recommend storing in the fridge overnight, but if you’re in a rush, you can let mixture sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
