Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Combine oatmeal, chia seeds, and spices into a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add pumpkin puree and maple syrup to dry ingredients; mix well.
  3. Add milk to wet and dry ingredient mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into two airtight containers.
  5. Place into the fridge overnight.
  6. Remove in the morning and enjoy!

Notes:

  1. Serve with Greek yogurt, cinnamon, chopped nuts, honey, or whatever else you’re craving!
  2. Recommend storing in the fridge overnight, but if you’re in a rush, you can let mixture sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
