Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl or glass and stir to combine.
  2. Layer the yogurt, berries, and seeds in a parfait glass or bowl, ending with a sprinkling of seeds on top.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
