Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
- 2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Preparation
- Add yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl or glass and stir to combine.
- Layer the yogurt, berries, and seeds in a parfait glass or bowl, ending with a sprinkling of seeds on top.
