S’mores Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1.5 cups Heavy Cream
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 9 Graham Crackers
- 1⁄2 cup Marshmallow Crème
- 1⁄4 cup Hot Fudge
Preparation
- Prepare by lining a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix well.
- In a separate medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
- Place half of the graham crackers on the bottom of the lined dish.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Top with marshmallow crème and hot fudge, swirling with a knife.
- Place the remaining graham crackers on top.
- Freeze the dish for at least 8 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and cut into squares before serving.
