Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 16.3 oz. can Pillsbury home-style refrigerated biscuits
  • 16 turkey meatballs, cooked
  • 1 C marinara sauce
  • 1 C shredded mozzarella & Italian cheese
  • 4 T butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt (to season)
  • parsley (to garnish)

4-Cheese Garlic Pasta

  • 8 oz spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 T  butter
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1-1/2 T garlic, minced
  • 4 oz. cream cheese – mentioned in recipe, not in ingredients
  • 1/3 C heavy cream – mentioned in recipe, not in ingredients
  • ½ C mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ C Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ C Romano cheese

Preparation

Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Using your hands, flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place one meatball and 2 T of marinara sauce in the center of the dough rounds. Top with 2 T cheese. Wrap dough around by pressing edges to seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet, leaving room for spreading.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt. Evenly spoon on top of each biscuit.
  4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Pasta

  1. Boil salted water in a 3-quart pot and add spaghetti. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 C of pasta water.
  2. In a sauté pan, melt butter and add olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and stir, cooking for a minute.
  3. Add spaghetti, 1 C of pasta water, cream cheese, and heavy cream to the skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil, and add mozzarella, parmesan and Romano cheeses. Stir constantly until cheeses are melted and pasta is completely coated (about 1 minute).
  5. Reduce heat, and continue to stir until sauce is thickened and reduced (about 1 to 2 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat, and stir in parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Instructions: Spoon spaghetti onto plate, and top with one meatball. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese. Drizzle with remaining marinara sauce.
