- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- ½ cup blueberries and raspberries
- ¼ cup toasted almond
Preparation
- Cook quinoa. Mix together quinoa, milk, flax seed and almond extract.
- Microwave for 1 minute on high.
- Stir in fresh berries and almonds. Serve hot.
