Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ cup blueberries and raspberries
  • ¼ cup toasted almond 

Preparation

  1. Cook quinoa. Mix together quinoa, milk, flax seed and almond extract. 
  2. Microwave for 1 minute on high. 
  3. Stir in fresh berries and almonds. Serve hot.
