Ingredients
- 3 sticks Colombian chocolate (or 3 oz Colombian drinking chocolate)
- 3 cups whole milk
- 250 g fresh Mozzarella cheese (cubed)
Preparation
- In a pot, add 3 sticks of Colombian chocolate and 3 cups of milk.
- Heat over medium until it reaches a gentle boil, whisking to dissolve the chocolate.
- Pour hot chocolate into cups.
- Add small cubes of cheese to each cup and allow to melt slightly.
- Enjoy alongside cheesy arepas for the ultimate Colombian comfort pairing!
