Light and creamy strawberry tres leches cups topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla or white cake mix, prepared according to package directions
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon dark rum (optional)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup dulce de leche
- Fresh strawberries
- Slivered almonds
Preparation
- Prepare cake according to package directions using a 9x13-inch baking dish. Allow cake to cool slightly.
- Using a fork, poke holes throughout the cake.
- In a bowl, whisk together whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and rum. Slowly pour mixture over cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Beat heavy whipping cream and dulce de leche until fluffy.
- Cut cake into small squares and layer into serving cups with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
- Top with additional whipped cream, dulce de leche drizzle, fresh strawberries, and slivered almonds before serving.
