Come down to Miami Beach on February 22 - 25 to hang out with the Florida Dairy Farmers (FDF) at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®). We’re cooking up some exciement during this star-studded, four-day event that showcases the world’s most renowned chefs and culinary personalities - enhanced with nutritious and delicious Florida milk and other dairy foods made possible thanks to Florida’s dairy farmers.
All proceeds from the event benefit the Florida International University of Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.

This epic burger showdown is more beefed up than ever thanks to the glorious return of the beloved host who started it all: Rachael Ray! Join Ray and Florida Dairy Farmers under the Festival’s iconic white tents – along with a passionate panel of judges who’ll be on hand to crown one very talented chef with the coveted Schweid & Sons® The Very Best Burger Award.
FDF will help wash all those burgers down with an Undeniably Delicious Vanilla Milkshake made with fresh, Florida milk donated by Sutton Milk, ice cream from the Ice Cream Club, and Cabot’s whipped cream.

Among the smorgasbord, you can’t miss Chef Ingrid Hoffmann’s Birria Quesadilla with Florida beef, folded into a La Banderita tortilla with Oaxaca cheese, grilled and served with a side of broth and cilantro crema, made possible thanks to Ole Mexican Foods, Mr Green Produce, and Florida Beef Council.
