Everything Bagel Cheese Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
- 20 Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers
- 1 package Laughing Cow Original Creamy Swiss Spreadable Cheese
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Preparation
- Wash and cut mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise. Carefully remove seeds.
- Fill mini sweet peppers with cheese spread.
- Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning to taste.
NOTES
- Seasoning loses its crunch after sitting overnight in the fridge. Add the seasoning right before serving or in the morning if adding to lunchboxes.
- Serve warm by baking at 350 for 10 minutes or air frying for at 300 for 5 minutes.
