Recipe written and created by Niccole of Multicultural Maven.
- 1 block of white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup of tomato
- 1/2 cup of onions
- Put ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Saute onions, and tomatoes.
- Shred your cheese and add to the pan, then add your evaporated milk.
- Add your corn and stir until the cheese is melted and serve!
