  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, additional for topping
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, additional for topping
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tin of biscuits (Grands)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Basil to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place milk and cream cheese into pot. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into a skillet.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over mixture, then top with the additional mozzarella cheese.
  6. Top with sliced pepperoni and basil to taste.
  7. Open the tin and slice biscuits in half. Roll each half into a ball.
  8. Place the dough balls around the rim of the skillet.
  9. Combine the butter, garlic and oregano in small bowl and stir.
  10. Brush garlic butter over dough balls. Top with additional parmesan.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and biscuits are golden.
  12. Serve immediately.
