Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 12 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, additional for topping
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, additional for topping
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Sliced pepperoni
- 1 tin of biscuits (Grands)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Basil to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place milk and cream cheese into pot. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a skillet.
- Spread pizza sauce over mixture, then top with the additional mozzarella cheese.
- Top with sliced pepperoni and basil to taste.
- Open the tin and slice biscuits in half. Roll each half into a ball.
- Place the dough balls around the rim of the skillet.
- Combine the butter, garlic and oregano in small bowl and stir.
- Brush garlic butter over dough balls. Top with additional parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and biscuits are golden.
- Serve immediately.
